Reservations and Rates

THE ROOMS

Our rates are per room per night:

. The rate of the room is of 62,50 euro p. night
. For a one night stay there is a 10,00 euro surcharge
. The rate for a single traveler in one room is of 47,50 euro
. Rates include the somptuous breakfast and change of towels every other day


THE APARTMENT

· Minimum nights: 3
· Rate per night excluding breakfast: 72,50 euro (breakfast is 6,00 euro p.p.p.d.)
· Bed sheets and towels included
· Cleaning charge for the apartment: 35,00 euro (not included in the price)


PAYMENTS

To guarantee your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount, paid in advance by bank transfer.

The remainder must be paid by bank transfer prior to arrival or in cash upon arrival.

Please transfer funds to Rabobank Venray IBAN number NL91 RABO 0173 9267 89 and BIC-code: RABONL2U in name of T.A.H.J. van Enckevort making reference to your reservation number (we will provide this to you) and your family name.


CONDITIONS

The 50% deposit must be received in our bank account within seven (7) days of making the reservation or the reservation will be cancelled.

Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable, including cancellations made prior to your arrival.

We strongly advise guests to take out the necessary travel/cancellation insurance.
